1. Power on the Alcatel mobile phone without the SIM Card in
2. Type: *#0000*CODE#
3. Finally, type: *#0001*CODE#
(Where CODE = your Alcatel unlock code)

Now you should have yourself a fully unlocked Alcatel mobile phone. You can use it on any other phone carrier now, enjoy.
